Little Christmas gift to myself me reckons.

Perhaps a little self indulgent since I don't play very often, but it would be a great coversations starter to have it sitting on the coffee table.

Not my main game but I've played.

IMHO

Backgammon is the most fun classic board game.

The randomness cushions a lot of the ego blow of losing / worse player can win sometimes.

Obviously if you just want to be the better player & always win it's not as attractive.
