I'm on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed (the rolling release).

Honestly I'd tell you to stick to either Ubuntu or (preferably) Fedora if you want something solid for a regular user.

You'll need to do a few things after installing Fedora for non-libre software and features but there are plenty of resources that show you how to do that and it is easy.

No. Astral on web and mobile.

Waiting for nostros to mature on Android.

I also host an instance of damus-web but I don't really use it.
