Essentially, yes. Nostr is the outlier here because 1) it's truly decentralized and 2) it's truly censorship resistant

It still will be tough for nostr to unseat the huge networks. People know Facebook and Twitter have massive censorship but they stay because their friends stay. Maybe the younger generation will be the nostr generation.
