I cannot figure out why my full node will not sync with Bitcoin Core 25.1

I am running Mac OS Sonoma, and I have a working theory that it might be the operating system because I tried using the same SSD on separate macs (both running Sonoma), and I even bought another SSD to see if it was the hardware itself that got corrupted. Both methods resulted in similar errors.

Has anybody experienced this before and/or have any ideas what this could be?

I have searched the existing issues.

Fix: Use APFS instead of ExFAT disk format.

Before: Both bitcoind and Bitcoin Core crashed in various way, sometimes it's a corrupted block, other times there are issues with the indexes or the chain state.
