Didn’t work for me but I don’t think that is an issue with your node. NWC zaps from Alby just don’t work well for me.. I haven’t really figured out why though.

Are you using you own NWC? Or pure getAlby ? 🐶🐾🫡

Is that you?

Using getAlby, I haven’t set my own up yet.

Ok, I gues #[3] it maybe an NWC issue then. 🐶🐾🤷‍♂️

what error do you see? there should be an error message in the logs

Maybe they did go through but aren’t being registered as complete for some reason.

No, they didn’t. Invoice is not paid. You can check your balance or transactions and see. 🐶🐾🫡

Minimum channel size to getAlby node is 10M now! WTF? 🐶🐾😭😭😭 I just closed one ded channel to get enough funds to open one to them and failed!🐶🐾🤣😭😭😭😭😭

I was thinking of opening a 5M but I’m not going to do 10M!

Yes, 10 is a bit high. 5M was OK 🐶🐾😭

sadly this is a bit of a protection.

a big zap problem are the zap events.

I see many payments going through but zap events being rejected from relays (for various reasons: rate limits, paid relay, etc.)

clients should give the user feedback here that the payment went through but the zap event is awaited.

do you run your own NWC or do you use the Alby one.

is there any error message you see? any feedback and details would be great to improve it.

This was using the Alby NWC. I haven’t spent much time troubleshooting it but I’ll do some further testing and see if I can give you some useful feedback.

sure, maybe in those cases just check if you see the payments in the web dashboard on getalby.com/user
