The blockchain is around 670 GB right now. If you're just going to run a node and nothing else, get 1 tb and save your pennies. Bitcoin maths says by the time you need more space, it'll cost you a lot less sats

Thank you, so you would recommend only 1TB SSD and the budget for the second TB should better stay in Sats until the blockchain reaches 1TB 👍

If you are only running a node, 1tb will see you out for another couple of years. If you buy btc with the money instead of a hard drive, by the time you need 2 tb you'll be able to buy 4 tb
