This has become a cliche but I do a practice that revitalizes my soul before going to sleep. I use a mala with 108 beads to keep count. I just start saying, I am so grateful for such and such until I have reached the end. I cover all areas of life--my working 6 senses and body systems, people, food, clothing, appliances, teachers, books , music, gardening supplies, past successes and lessons learned etc... I feel so rich and fulfilled at the end that I am usually smiling involuntarily.
