To be real, of course the Feds are going to overstep their bounds, but the reality is who fucking cares? These folks can’t get the simplest of tasks correct, let alone sift through millions if not billions of pseudonymous transactions across dozens of blockchains, especially when the government on a whole is spiraling towards default.

It’s one more overstep into interventionism, one more step into the fiat abyss.
