It's suggested users to follow. But how can newcomers be discovered quickly?
I think they need at least 100 automatic and authentic followers.
Is "volunteer follower list" feasible?
All follows are published by a user signing an event, so I don’t think so.

Following is actually a replacable list event. Interestingly enough, you could put an expiry timestamp on it too… either way relays tend to drop the previous follower list when you add somebody.
