Transferwise is a joke nowadays. I used it a lot in the past, was very happy with their service and I even had my bank account in Canada linked to my TW account for convenience. But some months ago, to use it for Euros as I always did, they asked me to send them first a picture of my passport and a selfie. No f*cking way!
Ah i see. I use it when i need to convert between currencies. Works okayish. Not the best.
