As we proceed forward:

An NPC economy is not a real economy.

It takes decentralized, sovereign human cognition to establish and uphold a free market.

A market operated by AI is not a market; it's an interconnected web of centrally controlled servers.

Real markets consist of decentralized cognition and sovereign agents; there is a potential for error-correction, course correction and rebellion.

Just clarifying that I'm not against AI tools.

The problem of AI actors in an economy coincides with the centrally controlled nature of AI combined with a lack of human reasoning.

If we could develop a human-like, reasoning AI, those AI would not be allowed to operate freely since the motive of governments is precisely central control. Free agency is unpredictable and thereby a threat to governments.
