Day 2 my sleep quality according to my oura ring was back to normal levels for me, I have long running sleep issues though.

Not sure how to describe how I felt this morning. Sore but the sore felt good, I know that doesn't make sense. Kinda like how after a perfect workout you feel tired but the tired feels good. I really felt deeply compelled to move in a positive way. Couldn't wait to get into my morning workout and still feeling good after the workout.

Day 3, best nights sleep I've had in a week according to oura. Kettlebells felt light this morning too. Had that same weird sore but good feeling when I woke up and couldn't wait to get moving and do my workout.
