The majority of critical national infrastructure (CNI) firms in the UK believe that climate tech will increase cyber risk, according to a report by security services firm Bridewell. The report found that CNI firms are actively working on projects to enhance sustainability but are concerned that these new technologies will create more entry points for cyber-attacks. The firms are also worried about the lack of understanding of these risks among senior executives and the need for retraining of security teams. Climate change could also pose other cybersecurity threats, such as compromising critical networks and increasing home working. #CNI #climate tech #cyber risk #cybersecurity
