I dont think Suchir Balaji's assasination came from he Federal/Intel government level...

There was significant evidence left at the scene, there was not an attempt to enbalm and/or cremate the body within 24 hours (a common trait of federal government hits), and most importantly, the Wikipedia entry tells the truth, which it wouldnt if Feds were involved.

The hit was amateur, and only a couple local officials are trying to coverup. This was a local hit. IMO, Motive and suspects are obvious.
