It's more a way to send an SMS, and have it post to Nostr as you.
Well the only way to post to nostr is by controlling the nsec, so I'm not sure how you could make this work 🧐

Well I was hoping to accomplish it with NIP-46
Right, so the user would need to set up a signer before being able to use the service. Of you wanted to use a bunker URL etc. but it's passing this over a phone line secure? Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you want to do
