Thanks for logging this and looking into it!

Damus uses my nsec. Otherwise I use Alby. This morning I logged in to Highlighter using the Mullvad browser.

I only recently switch from Chrome to Mullvad so I'm sure there was no previous session or cookie.

The pop-up to approve Alby connection came up and I agreed. Highlighter then showed my profile pic on the upper left corner which I took as the login had been successful.

Browsing through the options, I saw "Complete your profile" and the fields were empty. I was surprised that Highlighter wanted to use different data for my profile but I thought that maybe the intent is to provide more details as a creator so I typed a few things and clicked save.

Could also be an issue with Mullvad. I'm still trying to figure out what works and what not works with Mullvad's stricter approach to web browser privacy.

I can still see your profile in Damus.

Can you send a screenshot of the wiped profile?

Managed to replicate it. At the first attempt with Mullvad, Highlighter picked up my profile. It won't show the pic on the profile editor.

I then logged in with Chrome. Profile info still there. Then went back to Mullvad and profile was missing.

Through the whole process, I tried to save "Freedom Tech" category and it wouldn't.

I also noticed that it wipes out the background pic even though the Highlighter profile composer doesn't have an option to set one.

Please let me know how else I can help. Can also do a screenshare if needed.
