I follow a few hashtags on #Amethyst and use the 'All Follows' feed generally. It's just a bit irritating being pigeonholed into only seeing specific searches.
Depends on your relays settings. Anyway, what you see depends on your relay set. There can also be the influence of the client. For example, Primal, in my observations, filters content more than Amethyst. As it seemed to me, the recent attack by Reply Guy there went almost unnoticed.
