This is troubling. It appears the rot runs deep in the national security bureaucracy.  Harris is absolutely unqualified in every respect and her instincts are disastrous. We had peace and prosperity under Trump and our military was rebuilt after Obama. Every national security evaluation of the current state of our national security, from RAND to Heritage and scores of others, warns with loud sirens that our security is in grave danger.  Every congressional evaluation concludes the same. But nice to know these people can sign a letter in support of the most radical and unqualified presidential candidate perhaps ever.
