No lies in their speech, only small omissions. When they say its "our democracy" they do mean its their democracy. If other people misinterpret that, then thats on them.

In regards to the specific thing being talked about, not from what I see.
The term democracy itself is a lie.
Unless your a Swiss politician waaaay back
"Our Democracy" seems pretty honest. They get to vote on who rules over us. They have to fortify systems to protect their democracy from us.
