Iranian and Western instruments


Traditional Iranian instruments:
Tar – a plucked string instrument with a deep, rich tone.
Setar – a delicate, spiritual-sounding lute with four strings.
Santur – a hammered dulcimer, producing bright and shimmering tones.
Kamancheh – a bowed string instrument, very expressive and soulful.
Tombak (Zarb) – a goblet drum, essential for Persian rhythm.
Ney – an end-blown flute with a haunting, breathy sound.
