Can you elaborate on what the whole world means, and what are top desires?
Wealth, strength, power, family etc. Although all of it is good and there is nothing wrong with desiring it, it is of limited duration and will surely end. What we as Muslims truly desire is without limited duration and can only be found in the after world. Therefore, all of this is merely an illusion, a Matrix for us. The real, enduring aspect of these desires lies for us in the after world.
Indeed, If we believe in after world and after the afterlife, who world looks like an illusion / Matrix or test.
