I worked for 5 years for the State deciding who got Unemployment or not. Then 12 years for the County, deciding who got Food Stamps/MediCal or not... Now I work on the phones talking to the elderly having to explain WHY they OWE thousands of dollars for their arthritis medications or their f*cking chemotherapy infusions. .. because their Medicare is not what they thought it is!!!
