It's so "of its time". Big time nostalgia going on over here 😁

That's great "Nic", I'm assuming you're a Nic(ola)🧐? It's nice to live in the present but I do love harking back to days gone by. The 90's eh🤷🏻‍♂️, I did pretty much EVERYTHING in the 90's🎉.

Yeah its Nicola, but Nic to my frens 😊 We were so fortunate to have experienced the 90s scene and all the glorious madness that went with it. That's why the Gen X crew are the coolest adults 😎

I whole heartedly agree, and this is getting a bit deep but have you read "The Fourth Turning Is Here"??

I haven't but I do love a good read. Is it related to generational differences? I'll check it out

Its very much referring to generational differences. I'm quite bookish and I can honestly say, that book has changed my life. Not in a good way. Basically, we're fucked🤯😂. Well, not fucked but we're now going through a 4th turning before everything resets again. I'm not trying to alarm you but it's very well written and very accurate, it documents the last 3 or 4 hundred years. There is a thing called a "Saeculum" which basically means a long life (80-100yrs) during that time, there are 4 generations and 4 turning. Jesus, I've said enough😂😂😂. Read it if you want, but of you do, you'll certainly see the world in a VERY different light😬🫂.

Fellow bookworm here! And this sounds right up my street. Sounds similar to the Sanskrit concepts of the "Yugas". The period we're in now being the Kali Yuga, time of darkness and destruction before a new cycle begins. I'm gonna order it right now. Cheers for the recommendation 🫡

Nice one, things are very much cyclical, the seasons, obviously, for one🤷🏻‍♂️😂. Sanskrit has it right too, it's an ancient language and the ancients knew their shit! I actually think the opening chapter or two referes to ancient times before he brings it up to modernity.
