What are your thoughts on why an ephemeral chat client needs nip44 DMs instead of nip04 when the keypair is just gonna be burned anyway?

Hmm NIP -44 encrypted the payloads so it generate new encrypted key pair , even you burned the key ,
while NIP -04 encrypted the DM . It’s not the same ,
Man can break the encrypted message if get into the key , but when the key is encrypted payload then , no one is able to break the message .
This is pretty much highly secured bused NIP 44
