They do seem to be difficult, but it’s hard to know how much is nature and how much nurture by owners who’ve bought them based on looks.
Don’t chihuahuas have a tendency to temperament problems too?
They do seem to be vocal and nervous in general. Or at least the ones ive encountered do.
