Update: The “unproductive” wealth tax (including crypto-assets) in France 🇫🇷 which was proposed by the senate to replace the real-estate wealth tax was REMOVED from the 2025 Budget proposal (Projet de Loi de Finance) following the joint committee (commission mixte paritaire) review on Friday 31/01. The final text was adopted by the gouvernement on Monday 03/02.
