It's been a week, feeling amazing: easier concentration, happier to do work, more motivated, less depressed.

Twitter was my news source, and since unplugging I am not aware of anything going on. Maybe that's a good thing if most of the news is toxic, but there is still a lot of good content via Bitcoin Twitter etc. Not worth going back to yet, want to see how different quitting Twitter feels.
