remember 5 minutes ago when saylor was blocking devs from being funded and talking about how risky it is to work on bitcoin

and now he's talking about how risky it is to not rapidly build quantum resistance and do hard forks

anyway just use segwit and don't re-use addresses and you don't have to worry about quantum.

He want to reduce supply so he control a higher percentage of coins in the network. His aim is to become the new age central banker.
