Actually, this is kind of a thing. You know what people underestimate: a collection of documents in a git repo. For example, a collection of Markdown documents on everything you should know about Monero.
Everyone can contribute. Easily syncable, updatable. Important references, facts, sites, services, warnings, informations, best-practices, etc.
Make one such repo for Monero as go-to resource, and you could provide a valuable, updateable, community-driven resource, that's either accessible on-line or off-line.
