With filter.nostr.wine, if I have broadcast=true&global=all this means I’m broadcasting to all the relays in the broadcast list and seeing posts from the read filter list (and more) right ? If I’m understanding correctly this means I can remove from my relay list any of those relays and I won’t be missing anything correct ?
