This is the very smart strategy of Anthropic being the main LLM partner to both AWS and Google Cloud.

OpenAI has Azure - but it’s a fair question if and when Microsoft will want to diversify.

There’s also the risk for Anthropic and OpenAI that AWS, GCP, Azure could replace them with their own, in-house LLM stack when it’s ready (for GCP: Gemini clearly close enough!)

The very clear winners are cloud providers.
