Replying to Condor

What do we do if it's the women complaining that she wants the keep behaving like a teenager and the men is too responsible for her because he doesn't want to waste money and wants to take care of the kids? Should we throw her out?

Responsibility and Leadership - you aren’t going to change her by complaining about behavior. Make the expectations clear and hold her to them. She can comply or not but it is her choice. Lean away from her a bit.
