There are two words that start with C, one they want you to know the other not: 'confidence' and 'cumulative'.

Confidence has a dictionary meaning but what they mean is, "you need us". You have to have confidence in government and its institutions. Confidence in their fiat money. Confidence in banking.

Cumulative is what they don't want you to know because it empowers you and you don't need them. Don't need them as a person, family, community, nation.
