Yeah definitely some yeast in the yellow oyster LC jar. The jar is air tight & has become pressurised (I'm guessing through fermentation). The confounding factor is I don't remember how they appeared immediately after inoculation.
I decided to try a 1% LME/DEXTROSE solution in 6 new jars while I wait for my new lids to be delivered. I filtered the liquid through double coffee filters & it's much clearer. I wish I'd paid more attention last time.
Its all learning through practice, which I enjoy.
