Indeed. I believe that all jobs are teachable - in fact, the best employee must be able to do only two things: show up every day on time (I'm sure that there is an analogous rule for this work from home era), and think on one's feet. Anyone that does those two things will be your top employee. They are a bit rare, but not impossible to find. The most difficult part is keeping them!
