i suffer the same shit and i didn't even take that "vaccine" once... i became a fervent antivaxxer ... not sure, sometime around 2019, after figuring out that the hep a/b shots i got probably precipitated psychiatric incidents, and drug addiction problems, and probably the celiac disease that i have, was from a jab i had before i even got to school, other symptoms associated with it

i will say, that probably you have got food allergies now that you didn't before, i definitely suggest you avoid grains, these are the most allergenic things in the menu
