So, I’ve been reading a lot about carnivore diets on Nostr.

Having been mostly a non-meat eater my whole life and even vegan a couple of years ago, I'm curious if this diet might help my body perform better and reduce my constant fatigue and inflammation.

As a woman and a runner, I'm looking for insights on the best approach to transitioning to a carnivore diet.

Specifically, what considerations should I keep in mind, and who can I trust for guidance?

There’s so much conflicting information out there, and I feel that asking this on social media will just get me the usual negative comments.

I’d really appreciate any honest advice or personal experiences that can help me make an informed decision. 🙏🙏🙏

I'm no doctor but don't over complicate it. I gather that you've probably been eating pretty clean vegetables so just cut that shit out and eat only animal products. take it up a notch and shake your rancher's hand.

if you're eating ONLY animal products raised by people you know, you can't mess up
