I had a couple unplanned OBEs when I was younger, did a lot of reading as a result, found the gateway tapes years later, did them partially, and recently have gone back to them

Did the Wave 1 "Release and Recharge" tape last night... this process of taking old traumatic experiences and releasing the fear and other negative emotions associated with them then reintegrating the cleaned memories seems like a long ongoing process *and* it reminds me of ho'oponopono... are you familiar with it?
