Where does the black king move?
It can’t move but it’s not in check so that makes it a stalemate. I am a Chess Expert™️ so you can probably believe me
I didn't know that rule 😂
Then the Rook must turn into a Castle forcing the Black King to move to G7.
White Castle F1 moves up to F7 for the checkmate.
