Replying to Avatar Parallel Structures

I have a 600 sqf concrete fallout shelter in my basement. I'm developing it into an office/gym. I really want natural light. Do I cut in a window and jeopardize it's function as a shelter? #asknostr

I've thought a cool way to do fake natural light would be to just wire the lights directly to a solar panel so the brightness naturally goes up and down with the real sun
