Update. We went back out and clocked another 7km.

teddy and I can only do 4 k a day. He's got energy but not the legs for more yet.
I will never forget carrying lucie out of our first hike on my shoulders. She’ll do 20km in a day with me, which I think should be celebrated for a 9 year old pup.
