fun fact:
nip-05 actually doesn't specify that the address in the "names" field is a domain name... it can just as easily be 69.42.0.144:1234
just thought i should draw attention to that in case anyone thinks it's bound to DNS
in theory it could even be .onion - if the client doesn't reject either of these
