You're making good points here. I think Brian is just reiterating the 'fact' (in his opinion), that foreign policy is not done by the president but by the Blob. And yes, the exposure has done real damage. Time will tell, if Brian's right on that one. Imho as a targeted country for a possible regime change, I wouldn't hold my breath because there's a new administration in charge.
