Sure, the craziest part is that Emmanuel Macron in multiple photos, bears a striking resemblance to pretransition Jean Michel Trogneaux's son - Jean Jacques Trogneaux. This has led to suggestions that EMs relationship with Brigitte Macron could be incest with his transitioned father.
