I don't even know how they would go about doing a 6012, what would that even look like? I suppose they could get a list of who has what from exchanges and do something with that, but then what about the non-kyc crowd, they might be a little trickier to get a hold of.
ETFs and companies holding a lot coins MSTR have biggest risks.
