Which server are you using on Amethyst? Maybe you uploaded too many images on a free account? Every server has a limit if you are not paying for it.
By server do you mean relay? I have a few set up, is there a way to determine which one is giving issues?

No, when you are uploading an image amethyst offers server options for you to choose. You can also add your own to the media servers option in the left drawer.
