We're hosting on nostr.build for the video and our usual podcast feed (for Fountain). And then we're only posting on Nostr the first day. YouTube, Twitter, and other platforms are the day after.

Nice. Was looking at Nostr.build today

I like the idea of a Nostr native back-end, so getting rid of Spotify for podcasters etc, and having ones rss feeds hosted in a more sovereign manner

Sure, but keep in mind, you have to host your podcast somewhere, and if it's not with a host you have to manage the RSS yourself. Spotify for podcasters is probably the most "custodial" podcast hosting option. Using a traditional podcast host with a local backup ready to go is probably a good option. Right now we're hosting only the video on Nostr.build but maybe we should do the audio as well for that reason.
