If you want "free" water and "free" electricity, drill your own well, and generate your own electricity.
Nobody is entitled to force someone else or some other group of people to give them water or electricity.
The workers who drill the wells do not profit they are paged a wage, they are paid a tiny fraction of the value of their work.
So that someone who does not work can profit.
