Why though? BlackRock doesn't care about the price of Bitcoin. They only make money from management fees. If anything, they want it high so more people want in on it.

I’m not an expert in this but it seems too coincidental imo. Maybe I’m seeing ghosts
Their going to be managing more capital for their clients if Bitcoin goes up substantially. I also assume that being perceived as leading the charge on Bitcoin will be more valuable if Bitcoin continues its monetization.
I don’t think they necessarily want the price to go up, but I do speculate insiders at Blackrock have been quietly filling wallets for the past year. If their incentives skew one direction, it’s up.
