I sometimes wonder if I’m supposed to do something about those thoughts and anxieties or just let them go. Doing something about it usually makes me feel better but it feels endless.

There is no right or wrong way to feel.. but, how I read it is that we are already taking the steps to recognise the way we feel (so, well done! You’ve done the first part) but what’s also just as important is not masking them. Not pretending they’re not there. I believe you should let your body guide you - start paying attention to the inside feelings, what triggers your heart rate, feelings of anxiety, etc. if you’re in a comfortable environment, just feel how your body wants you to.

Holding in the feelings just keeps it building up. Sometimes you need to feel the extreme emotion to be able to feel the release 🥰

Nah man, just get on some antidepressants and sedatives to numb yourself, it's rad.

The meds aren’t a must, in my experience it can go the other way 😶‍🌫️
